GFI Software Board of Directors Appoints CEO Curtis H. Staker as Chairman of the Board

,San Jose, California –At the security world’s annual gathering, the RSA Conference, GFI Software’s Board of Directors announced it has appointed Curtis H. Staker, current GFI Software CEO, to Chairman of the Board of the global software provider. Staker joined GFI Software in 2005, after having served as President of Websense, Inc. (NASDAQ: WBSN),  in addition to holding a number of senior executive positions within the technology industry including Structural Dynamics Research Corporation (now owned by UGS) and Kensinger Integrated Technologies Corporation.
