Staker, current GFI Software CEO, to Chairman of the Board of the global software provider. Staker joined GFI Software in 2005, after having served as President of Websense, Inc. (NASDAQ: WBSN), in addition to holding a number of senior executive positions within the technology industry including Structural Dynamics Research Corporation (now owned by UGS) and Kensinger Integrated Technologies Corporation.
